WEM mean?
Silly question I know but I keep reading it in posts and its driving me crazy figuring it out!
On a another note, after all the post's on I won board its inspired me to get comping! Thanks to all, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Brilliant, thanks my dear. I've only just found out what WHY means on classified adverts - that drove me bonkers trying to figure it out as well.
