IPA - Change in income

Due to these new benefit changes my husband's and my income has/or will over the next month go down by £155 (taking into account loss of tax credits, but also rise of tax code.)

We pay an IPA of £64 to Moonbeever per month.

If this gets unmanageable due to the loss of Tax credits would I be able to contact moonbeever and have the amount reassessed. But if I do will it be re-assessed under the new rules?

Thanks in anticipation.

You have a responsibility to tell the OR of any changes within 21 days of the change. They should then send you a new IPOQ to fill out and your IPA be amended as a result.

Your IPA should be re-assessed under the same rules it was originally assessed using.

Yes, tell them of your change in circumstance.

No, you will not be assessed under the new rules.

We are both discharged - do I still have to tell the OR? or Moonbeaver?
