Cold pasta salad for tomorrow, maybe freeze it tomorrow when you've had something out of the freezer. I find as a space saver in mine I freeze into boxed then turn into bags once frozen and put them in freezer, all the tubs take up so much space that I just don't have. One day I might be more organised...........

Edited to say: I approve even more after checking out your lovely avatar and discovering is a Banksy (a family favourite!) :-)
Excellent! There you go leeegglestone, Caterina is a proper Italian and approves, what more can I say.
I'm impressed Caterina. It is indeed a Banksy, how did you find out, or did you simply recognise it for what it is?SIMPLE SIMON - Met a pie man going to the fair. Said Simple Simon to the pie man, "What have you got there?" Said the pie man unto Simon, "Pies, you simpleton!"0 -
It looked like a Banksy, my son has a book of his images, and is doing a lot of stencil work for his art A' level.
But really what did it was: I clicked on the avatar and when I tried to save it as a picture (I wanted to enlarge it to see it better) its name was 'Banksy'. Good choice!

Dazzieboo wrote:Make sure it is thoroughly drained, spread out on a greased / oiled baking tray, sprinkle with salt, pepper or herbs (optional) and cook in a hot oven for approx 6 mins. Do watch them carefully as they are quick to burn. You will then have a cheap, low fat alternative to crisps. I do this with all left over pasta and also make my own "dorito" crisps by doing the above, but with sheets of lasagne cut into triangles.
Ooh now this sounds like a BRILLIANT idea...what temperature do I use please?0 -

Dazzieboo wrote:I usually put it on the middle shelf at about 180, the first couple of times are really trial and error, the less the pasta is cooked in the first place, the quicker it is to burn, when I do the "dorito's" I have the sheets "al dente", only just cooked, and they take about 7 mins, they curl up, just like the bought ones.
I'm going to give this a go too - great idea thanks!Ladymac0 -
