Has anyone any recommendations? I am with Zurich at the moment but have just remortgaged and added my partner to the mortgage and the premium has gone up from £19.86 to £55.40 per month which I’m thinking is a little steep? And being a moneysaver I’m hoping to save everywhere!!

Is that Permanent health insurance (PHI) or accident sickness and unemployment (ASU or MPPI)?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

I'm not 100% sure to be honest. I filled in a medical form. Bit naive I know! The new quote is a pipeline quote if that means anything?
I have 2 children and have life cover which will pay a lump sum to them should anything happen so just want to protect the house should anything happen to me.0 -
Zurich. Its the old Allied Dunbar, need I say more.
An IFA told me their critical illness and other definitions seek to reduce thier liability more so than is the case with some other insurers. Mines with Norwich Union.0 -
