Moorcroft

Just had a letter from these guys regarding an outstanding EON debt. They are wanting more than the debt is for.

What are peoples experiences of them?

Would they accept a reduced full and final offer?

Many Thanks

Don't know about F&F but I pay them monthly and have had no problems

They are among my least favourites. They have no right to more money than the value of the original debt unless you agree to pay them it willingly. So your F&F should be worked out from what the value of the debt really is, not from what they would like to get!
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(
