what to look for on credit report

Hi there, looking for a bit of advice. I've just received my statutory credit report that I ordered as I am in the process of applying for a mortgage and thought it would be a good idea to check this.
Could someone point me in the right direction of what I should be looking for on the report / what is considered a 'bad' report from a lender's perspective. Thanks.
