Hi,
I am asking this on behalf of a family member.
What is a realistic starting offer for my brother in law to put in on a house on sale for £150,000
It will be cash and no chain on his part. House has been on market for one year and sellers are desperate to move nearer their family down the country

We recently put an offer in for a 150K house. It was 138K and got refused. We left it there for now to see if the seller comes back and maybe wants to negotiate. We are cash buyers with no chain too.0
