Glasgow accomodation 1 night 24th June

Options
Anyone know of a decent place to stay in Glasgow on the 24th June. It's for the Take That concert at the SECC so something either central or near the SECC.
I know it'll be pretty booked up, but if anyone can suggest a nice hotel or maybe even an apartment for 4 folks, it would be much appreciated.
Can't find anything reasonably priced - but I don't know Glasgow that well.

We always stay at the Marriott when we are in Glasgow, not the cheapest or most convenient, but the service is always good, the beds are wonderful and the place is spotless.

If you just want somewhere cheap there's an Etap in glasgow now, think folks staying over for hen dos etc use it a lot.

The Ramada on Ingram Street is working out £133 for a double room on booking.com

From the looks of it, most places are fully booked, so ideally you'd want to book soon.
The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.
  • I'm going to see Bon Jovi in Murrayfield the same night. Got my hotel booked the minute I secured my tickets at a great rate :D

Use the search facility on tripadvisor, it will show you all the available hotels for that night, with the rankings for it.

then check the prices, clear your history then use Quidco to book it - that's what I do!:o

Nothing decent around Hampden. I'd suggest staying in the City Centre and just getting a train or taxi out. Think the train is less than £2. Quite often after Scotland games I've walked it back to the City Centre from Hampden - either singing or weeping, usually weeping.....!:rotfl: Do what Ailuro says to get best deal.
