I am currently trying to get details of everyone we owe money to so I can sort out our dmp. I have looked online at our credit files and I knew my husband had a ccj which I need to arrange to pay. How do I go about this? Also, there is a debt which we dont know what it is. I thought it was the current account he had but that is what the ccj is for, they cant be for the same thing can they? Should I contact them? Its arrow global on the report. Thanks

My general policy is - if they want paying, they'll write to you. Yes the ccj could appear twice in your credit report.
The ccj should be paid according to the court order, or the creditor could enforce the debt. Start with that one - you may have to get an instalment order if there isn't one already and you can't agree the monthly instalment with the creditor.
