Not heard that phrase before. Sounds like some form of database management. Maybe mail merging - merging a database with text documents. Maybe Pivot tables in Excel? I would have thought though they would have said mail merge or pivot tables. :undecided

I'd have a guess that it is a database / mail merge type of thing - setting them up and sending out marketing literature to potential customers.
It would be a good idea to know before the interview, so I'd suggest a quick ring to the agency first thing tomorrow.0
