If by selling a home at 3 times salary, it meant all homes were 3 times avergae salary I would have.

I predicted the lowest figure that I thought the average house price would fall to.
I did not predict a timescale due to numerous measures put in place to artificially keep prices at a high level.
I stand by my figure ....... but notice that you are not prepared to give your own prediction .......0
