Why does naerlynew need a new screenname? Is the old one so discredited it's become useless?

bank of mum and dad, it means taking your mum and dads money to pay the deposit for an overpriced home

When my Mum and Dad gave us money towards our deposit in 2003 the home wasn't overpriced. But other than that, decent description.

naerlynew was good at it though. he wanted houses to be 3 times the average salary for the area.

he sold his last 2 houses for more than 3 times the average salary for his area.

    something wasn't right there...

It was overpriced. If it wasn't for various influencial debt junkies it'd be worth far less today. Fact.

If by selling a home at 3 times salary, it meant all homes were 3 times avergae salary I would have.

    And you're right, a prediction without a timescale isn't even a prediction.

I predicted the lowest figure that I thought the average house price would fall to.

I did not predict a timescale due to numerous measures put in place to artificially keep prices at a high level.

I stand by my figure ....... but notice that you are not prepared to give your own prediction .......
