Just been back and managed to get both!! Thank you would not have realised unless you posted. I did post on the 1p thread that its always worth looking again for these bargains as like you said one day they aren't there next they are.

Think must have walked past the nuts but googled them for a pic before I went so knew exactly what I was looking for, with the christmas pic on the front of the packet, only the red edged fruit & nut left today, not at the back of the store, empty strip so guess you were lucky yesterday to get the choc ones. I'm 99% sure the beans were not there yesterday as you could not miss them and I did know what I was looking for as have used them in the past.

Sorry to everyone looking for fairy to hijack this thread and I was so excited to find penny bargains :j, didn't think to try it out again while I was there.

Yes 1p ones are the xmas pic ones. Found them on hanging strips like Love My Bargains. The other Dormen nuts were on the shelves. HTHs

went to tesco's in norwich last night and first bought 2 bottles of fairy to test it was working then went back and got another 10 its such a good bargain though! really tempted to go back and get a few for my mum, wonder if its still working in norwich?

Could anyone tell me if the fairy or twister glitches are working in any of the manchester/oldham stores

good question, for me its a great deal tho, Asda is quite far away for me so not easy to get to and extra petrol money, plus the 2 for £1 they occasionally do is on the small size, so its a good deal but this is a great deal as the bottles are £1.53 (ish) for 740ml usually so for 47p I honestly do think its a great deal, but depends if you use a lot I guess! my hubby seems to wash the cars with it etc as well ... grrr!

Yeah, I thought about the 'living further from an Asda' element. The bigger sizes are definately good. Think I'm just sour cos I've still got a few bottles under the sink from the last Asda event
I'm sure I've read somewhere it can damage car paint. :eek:

Got 2 bottles of Fairy yesterday lunchtime, glitch working. Went back in after school hoping to get more but all signs for 2 for £2 had been taken down!!
