Why would we need to be seen again?

Hi,
We are first time buyers, and have had a mortgage offer with Halifax through a broker. Yesterday we exchanged contracts on the house, and thought everything was ok. Today I received a call from the broker, saying we needed to come in again to go through some things. I asked whether there was a problem, and they said there wasn't, but am still worried.
Has anyone had any experience of this, and would you be able to shed any light on why we might need to be seen again?
Thanks
