Interest rate for the purposes of payment projections

Hi all,
What interest rate do you all use for the purposes of payment projections?
We all know rates are historically low.
Alot of it will depend on the period over which you predict to be MF.
However options include:
-current rate you are paying
-rate your mortgage will revert to after end of any fixed period.
-some predicted rate (which is anyone's guess).
