Fredricksons International!! Have you had dealings with them??

I am having problems with Fredricksons International claiming that i owe Alliance and Liecester £8838.08 but the thing is i have never had any financial dealings with A & L. Please read the other post to see the full details.

During the ongoings another member if this forum Mercedes840e posted yesterday saying that they also were being chased by Fredricksons for a debt to Alliance & Liecester for almost the exact same amount £8816.12 (ok it's £20 difference) and they also have had no dealings with A & L in the past.

This makes me think that something at worst extremely fraudulent is going on or at least just a little shady is happening. Either way it just doesn't seem right.

To that end i am putting this post up to see how many other members have had dealings with Fredricksons in the past or present and what the situation was so that i can get a broader view of how Fredricksons go about their business.

ie are they a bunch of bully boy credit collectors, that are just out to get money back from old Statute barred debts from anyone they can using every bullying tactic the have, even if it's not the original debtor? Or is there more to the A & L personal loan debts going on here.
