    I would agree with the above two posts.

    Look more at what's happening during the whole day, rather than just looking for a magic switch at bedtime.

    How much tea/coffee/coke are you drinking during the day to keep you awake due to tiredness due to poor sleep?

    Are there vicious circles like that anywhere that need breaking?
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

    This is all because of tension, stress and anxiety that lead to this kind of behaviour. Take a Warm Bath and/or Massage to relax your body. Play some soft, soothing music that will help you to sleep.
