Can anyone help with a Vol repo letter and what number BR forms do I need?

Can I just check that the forms I need to print out from the insolvency website are the NEW version of 6.27 and 6.28 and do I need 3 copies of each form?
Also can anyone help with a letter to the mortgage company with regards to handing back the keys? I have seen one on here before but can't seem to find it now.

That's the correct forms and you need two copies to take to Court with you and one copy for yourself.When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
