Fast Five Competitions rules & regulations:
In accordance with UPI policy, the promotional partner (Bio-Synergy Ltd/Bio-Synergy) should be the “promoter” of the FAST FIVE competition, and the competition should be run in accordance with the partner’s usual prize competition terms and conditions, as detailed below.
1. Entry to the competitions is restricted to one entry per person please.
2. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified!
4. Competitions are open to UK residents only unless otherwise stated
5. Prizes can only be sent to a valid UK address unless otherwise stated.
6. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
7. Winners will be contacted via email names displayed on our website.
8. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
9. The competition will run from 14/4/11 until 14/8/11.
10. Bio-Synergy Ltd is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter the competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Bio-Synergy Ltd or any subsidiary of Bio-Synergy Ltd.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. 6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

8. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Bio-Synergy Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. If you win a competition, we will notify you via our facebook page, phone and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. You can find out who has won a particular competition by visiting http://www.facebook.com/BioSynergy or sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Bio-Synergy Ltd, 120 West Heath Road, London, NW3 7TX after the closing date.
11. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Bio-Synergy may require.
12. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of Bio-Synergy Limited.
13. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
17. This competition is being run by Bio-Synergy Ltd (Bio-Synergy) in conjunction with Universal Pictures.
18. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
19. Bio-Synergy reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Bio-Synergy may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

First prize:
The following is the full description of the holiday prize package.
Description: Prize consists of one (1) round-trip trip for two (2) persons to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as follows:
Dates of travel must be within 12 months of winners’ notification. Blackout dates (when travel cannot be taken) are 5 December 2011 to 2 January 2012; 16 April 2012 to 2 May 2012; 15 June 2012 to 1 September 2012
Flights:
Economy flights for two adults from the winner’s nearest major airport to Rio de Janeiro
Winner and guest must travel at the same time, depart from the same city
Winner is responsible for ensuring that all those travelling have valid passports and applicable Visas
Accommodation:
Hotel accommodations, 1 queen/double guestroom and breakfast for four nights
At least one of the travellers must be 18 years old
Hotel accommodations do not include incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip
A credit card or cash deposit for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in or require a cash deposit
Other inclusions: The prize package also includes:
Ground transfers to and from hotel in Rio de Janeiro
Dinner for two at Cahaçaria Mangue Seco up to the value of US$100.00 only
Passes, complementary signature drinks and VIP service at Rio Scenarium up to the value of US$98.00
Comprehensive travel insurance up to a value of US$300.00 per couple subject to meeting the insurer’s criteria
US $200.00 spending money only
Exclusions: Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded. In particular (but without limitation), the prize does not include: expenses, including meals other than breakfast and one (1) dinner as stated, transfer costs other than those stated, ancillary costs, travel insurance and spending monies above and beyond those set out.
Other conditions:
All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).
Winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to winner travel and are subject to availability.
If winner is unable to fulfil prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Winner and guest are responsible for any necessary vaccinations and must check with their GP before travelling that their vaccinations are up to date.
The following is a description of the Runners up prizes:
