Before submitting details I did a quick whois search on the domain name, it all looks ok:

That's probably a good idea when it's asking for the child's name and date of birth. I never give out any children's names or date of birth for their own protection. Under child's name I always put something like "wonttellu" and date of birth I put 00/00/0000 . This way it protects your child's privacy.
