Mortgage and Loan

We recently received our mortgage offer in writing saying that the mortgage lender has contacted our solicitor etc.... Now, I currently have a loan and am hoping to lend another £1000 on the current loan and just extend the repayments for another year. I'm just wondering if the mortgage lender will have completed all credit checks on me so that I can now apply for the loan, as I don't want to !!!! up credit checks for the mortgage

  • as I don't want to !!!! up credit checks for the mortgage

Didn't realise it would cancel out that work; it is a shortened word for cockrel. Anyway, it should read "as I don't want to mess up credit checks for the mortgage"

    Anyone offer any advice?
