Help With Buisness Debt

Hi
Help please.
My OH is a self employed contractor, 2 years ago a company he was working for went under owing him over 100k, this in turn left him in debt to his suppliers.
The highest creditor he has made lump sum payments too and as he is luckily still working he has still been getting and paying for supplies from them up until last month.
This month they started court proceddings through the HMCS for 90K, I found out yesterday.
My OH has applied for an application to set aside a statutory demand because the case is address to just him , when it should be him and his business partner ( they are both registered for TAX etc).
He also says the lump sum payments have not been reduced from the debt.
We got this letter was on the 22 March, so I suppose we will hear back soon.
What should our next step be? I have aske him to sit with me now so we can list all of his incomings/out goings, I already have our joint stuff.
Can someone recommend someone that we speak to about business debts and tell us what we can expect to happen from here?
I work full time.
We have a house with a 70k mortgage
We have no personal debt.
Thanks in advance for any help xx:(
