I'm getting a 3kilo Beef rib joint for Christmas lunch and wanted some advice re cooking it to perfection and all the trimmings!! Help!!

Hi

I went to my local Costco yesterday and saw they are now selling rib of beef on the bone and quite fancied having that christmas day.

Not sure how to cook it either!!
