Tesco Easter craft DTD

Got lots of easter craft items marked up at 36/38p - to make hampers as gifts. THE MAKE YOUR OWN FRAME (bunnies and chick) and the FELT BAGS TO SEW, scanned at £1.50. Managed to get £16 DTD back...making it a free Easter for me!
Hope someone else can grab a bargin!:beer:

:j I had exactly the same in my local store! 3 items I bought were priced at 36p but scanned at £1.50. I made £4.63 DTD so free shop for me! :j Happy Days / Happy Easter!

I popped in today to stock up on the cheap craft stuff for the playgroup I help run, I assumed by now they'd have rectified the glitch but wanted the cheap crafts. Sure enough the SEL showed 25-45p each so I stocked up. Got to the till and was distracted by screaming child (mine, sadly) so didn't notice til after I got my receipt it had all scanned at £1 and £2. I got 3 for 2 on the original costs but the CS lady said it was hard enough to work out without doing that, so I got all the DTD back and made £35 for the playgroup!

I bought 6 felt bag kits - SEL was 36p and 3 for 2.

They scanned at £1.50 each.

Till then took off one 3for2 - £1.50
Then took off a second 3for2 of £3.00 ?!

I went to CS and she was not amused about the offer, removed the SEL etc and refunded me £6.

I was in a hurry so did not argue DTD and have not bothered working it out, but I got free stuff and a little more on top so I can't complain :T

I have just come back from my local Tesco and brough 6 of the pom pom chick kits and 6 of the easter stick puppets. I got nearly £19 DTD back! Very pleased :j
