Well... so much for this. Ordered on Thursday, heard nothing by Monday. Emailed and got a reply yesterday saying it was being sent last night for delivery today.

Today I got an email:

I'm sorry to hear that Carl, It's so frustrating when companies mess you about like that.

You could try this link, it's a post I did last week. May be worth trying for the £2 you have to pay for the clothing. But I am afraid I don't know the end date of the voucher. Have a read through the post anyway. I hope your daughter gets her present in the end!

Just got off the phone to Valutech now to find that they had, after all, reserved one unit for me as they were aware it was for my daughter's birthday. Apparently it got delayed slightly but should now be with us in the morning.

Would like to commend them on resolving the issue satisfactorily including a generous compensatory offer, so well done Valutech, you have restored my faith in your business with that action.
