bingo win

hello, someone will not contact the csa at all, he wont sign forms for others to ect, burys head in sand doesnt want to know, never had letter from csa or anything, except at first years ago, - when this first came about - a few years ago approx 4 he owed £850, a lot to someone with nothing - only two jobs in-between, been on benefits, he never contacted them jobs lasted maximum 12 months in total. his wife had a win at the bingo, was fed up with the situation and along with the £5 every week she paid through standing order on-line and extra (according to the csa calculator when he was working) she forwarded on £1,000, (she won approx £2,400).

what can she do csa wont talk to her as no consent, hubby wont have anything to do with it.

sticky situation, in my opinion it would make life a bit easier for some if they (csa) would talk to partners, probably get a bit more sense),

any advise on what they should do ?

The partner can do nothing if the NRP won't speak to the CSA.

Difficult one , nobody can make him deal with the csa and it's not the NRP's partners case to be dealing with the csa .
Are you yourself not working? I think it was good of the NRPP to share some of her good fortune with you, suspect there is a lot more to the whole story though :o

I'd be very wary that arrears aren't accruing and any direct payments may not be counted against it.

    Good luck

I'm an NRPP and it is me that has the luxury of dealing with the CSA rather than my husband. We sent them a letter of consent a few years ago.

Not really sure there is anything that can be done in the situation you have outlined (other than write a letter of consent for the NRP to sign - then he/she only needs to sign the dotted line). The CSA would be breaching the Data Protection Act if they spoke to someone other than the NRP without their consent.
