Phoned MS to close our account as we just sorted our finances out(..again!)
and got a really nice operator,yes I know the two don't really go together...
Story is we were paying ridiculous rates with them for XX years asked three times for a rate reduction and they wouldn't budge PLUS they stiffed us for £411 for PPI we never asked for.We took it as far as we could in Feb this year and they flatly refused to refund it even though they had no proof we ever asked for it to start again after it had been cancelled in writing
(I have learned since I should always disect each statement
)
Anyways...she's kept my OH on the phone for half an hour last night asking us why we weren't happy,why we're leaving etc so he told her point blank we were unhappy as to their service regards to PPI money and rates..she's sorting it all out(she reckons) and promised to ring me today.
So question is..if they offer me partial refund do I take that as an admission of their guilt and persue the whole lot???Or should I take what they offer and run :rotfl:
We chopped the card last year and have no intention of using them again but would it be worth hanging fire for a week or two??
