Can I make bread using extra virgin olive oil ?

Can I simply replace olive oil with extra virgin olive oil in my bread mixture as I have quite a big bottle

I have used chilli and garlic dipping oil and DH said it was his favourite loaf!If Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters0

Isn't that what ciabatta bread is? ie made with olive oil0

As above any form of oil or butter will add flavour to the bread.
If you don't have any form of oil or butter then simply leave it out it is not absolutly essential but will make a tastier loaf.
When I was a baker some 20 odd years ago we used to guess the quantities of everything and got used to the 'feel' of the dough. I do understand that a breadmaker is more sensitive though.

try painting the loaf with olive oil while it's still hot, it gives a lovely tasty almost flaky crust 0
