Hi everyone, sorry to be a pain. I found a post on thursday last week for an alternative to chocolate butter icing/frosting - and i've lost it. I've spent the last two hours trying to find it. The kids adored it, it was delicious!!
From poor memory the reciepe was something like heat butter and caster suger in a pan, add coca and icing and then it was stood in the fridge once cooled to thicken up. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance
Emma

Could it have been a chocolate ganache?

Sounds like a chocolate fudge frosting of some kind - did you find it on here or out on the Internet somewhere?0

Thank you for the replys, after two hours of searching I made a similar one from someones recipe on here but it set very quickly and was very difficult to pipe!! I ended up in rather a mess however they look ok and tasted great lol.
The receipe was from here, I did use all the search functions but from memory it was a post in a very long thread.
Thanks again for the replys, I may find it again one day
