I'm confused. You have answered questions about what you did in your previous roles and what hours you can work. How can anyone possibly give you an alternative seeing as only you know what your job entailed?!

You might also want to reconsider the fact that you've posted up personal details of your employment history on the interwebs for all to see.

It clearly says you're a good match, and that they'll be in touch with you shortly; I'd be content with that. :)

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".

    lol, this!

I was expecting answers to questions like; "Name a time when you have gone out of your way to provide excellent customer service?"... not short write-ups about previous employment.

lol, what I wanted to know is what you guys think of what I wrote, if you think the job history is good(yeah it is personal but very general at the same time,it's not like anyone can know who the person is lol), then i wanted to know what you think about the reason I gave to join the company etc...

Here are the question and what I answered :)

The reason you gave to join the company doesn't come up on the links you posted. :)

Regardless, though - and seriously - you've already put the application in, it's been processed, and they've said they'll be in touch. So whatever anyone thinks now is irrelevant - they liked you enough to say they'll call you. :)

the picture is the third one in the first post,if you click on it there is a short description at the top :)

yeah true not much anyone can do, the problem is they do not give any feedback on why they have not chosen you and I wanted to have opinion from people about what they think might be the reason if they do not choose me.
