Advice for leggings that bobble

I have just recently been bought a pair of leggings, and within a day they are bobbling. Is it me that's doing this? Haha! I just wonder whether everyone else has this problem?

Also, how can I make the bobbles go? Where can I get a bobbler from?

Thanks!

I've had my leggings for a few years and they haven't bobbled. Perhaps get a pair that have more lyrca in them rather than a wooly material?

    JML does a de bobbler.

Dont buy cheap leggings would be my advice (presuming they were cheap of course) by the best ones you can afford and they will last a lot longer and be more cost effective, if you wnat to debobble a garment I would suggest you dry shave it with a razor, OH does this to jumpers and it works really well:)
Thank you for this site Martin

...or you could take them back for a refund? I have a couple of cheaper pairs that haven't bobbled, so I don't think it's unreasonable to be disatisfied with them bobbling and get your money back to buy some others.

Clothes do look so skanky when they've bobbled!! :-(

I have some leggings that have bobbled and some that haven't, the ones that have bobbled have polyester in them. I find that anything with polyester in it tends to bobble really quickly.

Topshop leggings have never bobbled for me but I have found that they go baggy.

Matalan leggins have never bobbled for me either.

I think its trial and error finding the ones that work best for you.

Thanks for all your replies! They were American Apparel... so at £24, they shouldn't be bobbling!! It was a present too, might see if my friend will return them..!
