first time buyer morgage

Hi i am 25 years of age in full time work always worked since i left school have no bad credit rating.I am looking to buy a house at 95k i will be putting down 40k deposit but can anyone tell me would i get a 55k morgage for over 30years i earn approx 12k a year plus bonuses any info would be great thanks

    55k is pushing it to 4.5x salary, which may be a bit of a stretch for lenders. Go and speak to a whole of market broker.
