If you're not going to include your wife, then really we need to see what YOU pay for and your wife's income shouldn't come into it. I would urge you to speak to your wife, it will be much easier to tackle if both of you are involved.

Dont know the answer to most of your questions but I'm with CCCS who are similar to payplan and they have been incredibly helpful and understanding you can do CCCS on line and get an answer from them very quickly ( online too) it was the way ahead for me as I felt like I was doing something positive at a time when I was finding it difficult to talk to anyone about my debts.

I noticed from your SOA that you budget for SKY £45 and the GYM £40. Cancel both of these and this will give you an extra £85 to throw at your debts.
