Last weekend I picked up some lovely flip flops, just £2.50 and they are MUCH comfier than ones I've bought in accessorize or top shop!



They are nautical style, blue and white stipes, straw-style bottoms and 2 little gold charms; an anchor and a boat on the top. I've found the straps to actually be a little elastic as well, so they don't rub at all along your feet. Am in love with these!

I also got a gorgeous light scarf, they called it "oversized" as its quite big (although I've always found primarks scarfs quite small myself!). Its black / grey with a floral pattern on it - hints of cream, purple and pinks - it can be worn casually but I've worn it to work with an all-dark outfit to give it a bit of bright lift! I even happened to have a nail polish in one of the creamy pink shades which matched brilliantly. Its £4.

Boyfriend picked up one of these Rubber Sports Watches for just £1 which is great. Theyre not fully waterproof (but who would expect that for £1!? ) but they had them in all sorts of colours. He opted for the brighter blue, although they had white, yellow, orange, pink, bright blue (as shown), navy blue, lime green, black.. He uses his in the gym to time his work-outs and so doesn't have to worry about forgetting it / leaving it somewhere / accidentally treading on it. Very lightweight too. I'm almost tempted to get one myself! Quite fancied the white!

Popped in on wednesday & got cute bra/knicker set for £2.90, lovely soft hand towel at £3.00 & the bargain of the day - mens shortie pj's reduced from £9 to £2.00 - excellent buy for DS who is going into hospital soon.

Super-skinny jeans. I wear my black pair all the time and they keep their colour and shape really well.
The v-neck jumpers, stretchy tees and stretchy long-sleeve tops - again wash and wear well.
Their opaque black tights seem to be indestructible, and very warm and thick!
The packs of socks and undies are cheap enough to replace regularly, but again I've worn mine loads and they look new.
I got a great foundation/concealer blending brush from Primark. It's black with neon pink bristles, big brush on one end and small on the other, and it works very well. I think it was £1.
Their eyeshadows are good, not very pigmented but make a nice watercolour effect especially if your skin is very pale like mine.
I got a nice mascara too, I can't remember the name but it has "winks" in it. The tube is black and the top yellow. Quality stuff.
And I can't fault their facial cleansing wipes either, they were £1 for a double pack. I've used more expensive facial wipes and given them up as they were always useless, then I got given the Primark ones for Christmas and have been converted to theirs.
I definitely agree with the posters who mentioned the jewellery, bags, belts, scarves etc - cheap way to switch an old outfit around a bit.
