Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 3

  • I bought some this morning and worked fine and at higher price £1.75 or around that point so sounds store specific

Did you start on that e-mail address with a voucher (and was this original voucher or the one on any of the three shops for over £10 ASDA price difference) disregarding the £20 cap for this purpose?

Add all the shops including the initial one bouncing to the new e-mail address and the last submitted to rejection and do they add to over £50 ASDA price difference?

If so, read between the lines and you will see the current limitation on the DTD tracking that Tesco are imposing. I am intentionally not making the answer explicit here but if you can confirm the answers to the questions above, it will be very helpful to all who can figure it without prompting Mr T to know that we know and a counter strategy can be added to the first post to this effect.

I'm going to use a different email address every time from now on to be on the safe side. :T:T:T

:cool:What is the purpose of the red button beside the Tesco checkout tills.

    TIA:cool:

when i worked there they had buttons for different things. did u have alcohol? if the person serving u was under 18 they need someone over to authorise it.they may have needed a till roll or bags.. could have been anything..

just to say local asdas had 40p off comfort coupons that arent store specific... took them to mr ts and used towards my 2.15 comort (1 asda) so 2.30 back ...

are they in the asda mag?

Hell's Bells! And to think that my hubby was frustrated when I dragged him back after work tonight to get a few bits & pieces with our DTD vouchers! I've just read him your list and he knows to stop moaning at me now.

How did you manage all that? I'm jealous!!! :j
Well, it all adds up really - concentrate on expensive essentials (coffee, detergents, shampoos, etc) and then top up daily shops with little luxuries (cognac, ice cream, etc).

I was in shock when I did my little stocktake earlier. That's some serious £££ saved there.

Oh for god's sake can't people read.

    WORKS

Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon RED wine
Wolf Blass Yellow Label Chardonnay white wine

    DOES NOT WORK

Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon BLANC, WHITE wine
Wolf Blass Yellow Label Shiraz RED wine

Just read and buy the right item, stop moaning about it 'not working' as the only thing not working is your eyesight.

I said I bought 2 but was not moaning just pointing it out to others. And I actually do have poor eyesight after 4 eye ops!!
