I think the spreadsheet said Sauvignon Blanc originally so I made the same mistake and bought 2. Never mind paid with a voucher so technically Mr T's money anyway.

Same here - so happy days :) x

Well, I've had a lovely afternoon in Tesco, NOT....!

I went in today to spend my second voucher. This one was for £18.88 and was from a receipt from last Monday.

My shopping last Monday was partially paid for with a £10.18 voucher.

The store absolutely completely REFUSED to take my voucher, because it was generated from a receipt that had had a DTD on it.

I telephoned customer service, they telephoned the store to say they had to take the voucher.

The store STILL refused to take it, and a duty manager came to see me. She said it was store specific and that they had put a blanket ban on all vouchers if the receipt they had been generated from had been paid for at all with a DTD voucher.

I phoned customer services again, they yet again agreed she was wrong. He spoke to her for about quarter of an hour. She argued with him and still absolutely refused to take it. She said they'd decided and that was that. I am totally lost as to what to do!

I have of course emailed tesco, but am not holding my breath for a reply after reading of others' experiences on here.

    Not happy. :(

    Which store was this?
:) If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours, :)

:) It wont cost you anything! :)

Today I have had two "over the limit" emails on two different accounts.
Both had only three vouchers issued for £20 or under.
I always pay cash and don't use a clubcard.
I have emailed customer services from one of the accounts to ask how I could possibly be over the limit, having only submitted three receipts.
If I get a reply I will let you all know what it says!

I found today the only problem wiuth this.. was seperating my shopping into different 'shops', so i didn't go over the £20,( I can only get there once a week, so no daily shopping here!) plus i had my 4 yr old with me, so he kept chucking in extras! So i divided it all into 3 shops, 2 for dtd, one normal.. and just stood there saying that i was doing my elderly neighbour's shopping.. yup, because they all live on white wine and ripper dippers!! LOL

Oh for god's sake can't people read.

    WORKS

Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon RED wine
Wolf Blass Yellow Label Chardonnay white wine

    DOES NOT WORK

Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon BLANC, WHITE wine
Wolf Blass Yellow Label Shiraz RED wine

Just read and buy the right item, stop moaning about it 'not working' as the only thing not working is your eyesight.
