Ooh I was just thinking that I was a bit miffed that Welsh lamb isn't matched properly as looking on the Asda website, the Welsh lamb is being matched against a fresh leg of lamb while British and New Zealand lamb is being matched against vacuum packed. Not really fair to us Welshies.
So I phoned customer services and the lovely woman I spoke to is sending me a £5 Tesco gift card for the inconvenience as there does seem to be an error there in how it is being matched. It's not as much as I would have gotten from the DTD but all the same, what a nice result =O)
It's possibly worth other people doing this if they have been caught out on the Welsh lamb as then maybe it will be matched correctly in future.

Which store was that? I've just had one in Newtownbreda who queried the voucher with supervisor and wanted to keep receipt but I said I needed it back for credit card records.

No, not Newtownbreda. I'd rather not say which one, as it was an unfamiliar T for me and I gathered that I was the first DTDer the trout had ever seen. :rotfl:
This is the biggest load of !!!!!! ever. Me and my mum input our receipts from a shop on saturday, on saturday straight after. We are both still waiting for 2x receipts EACH!!

absolutely ridiculous that other people are getting their vouchers back from sunday shops today?! Obviously the system doesn't work, how "processing" can go array is beyond me, it's a computer system not a conveyor belt in china. Won't be wasting my time doing this again GRRRRRR

Janey Mac, calm down, would you!!!:eek::eek::eek: As you can see, it does work for the rest of us (most of the time), some emails just take longer than others to come through.

If you are that impatient, maybe DTD isn't for you. But I am sure that your emails will come. Have a Cornetto while you wait.

I had a scottish yesterday which didn't work but I think this was more likely due to the size.
