  • Had a great outing spending vouchers today, the SA had never seen one (as usual) and called over supervisor, they put it through then the supervisor asked what I had bought so she could see what to buy. The SA got confused and handed me her whole booklet of schools vouchers, when I gave her them back she apologised and said she was already planning her shopping list and could I advise her on other things to buy!!

:j yes i do!!!! It means they are wrapped up and included in the overall weight... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

and this has already been confirmed by others... such a pity they are only £2 in my local, i am going to head to other side of town later and price them up in the bigger store.
    OMG i am so thick

for the past day or so, i thought when people mentioned "roses" they were talking about the flowers not the chocolate!!

I know it's on the SS and has been mentioned but I noticed people are still buying Coke in cans which cost £2 for 16 cans after DTD... do you all realise that Coke is free if you buy it in 1.25L bottles (in multiples of 2)? Mind you, I should keep quite... local Mr T doesn't keep many in stock and as I drink gallons of the Diet variety, I would be distraught if the shelves were empty!

I've been buying both, the cans for work and the bottles for home, doesn't look very good if I'm sitting at work drinking from a 1.25l bottle ;) We have 4 Tescos within a 5 mile radius or something and none of them have many of the 1.25l bottles in stock, I'm worried they're going to run out!

i have only been asked once for a reciept for the voucher
...never been asked for it! at the start of DTD I did voluntarily hand it over and even get the SA to sign it but now I don't bother; why should I train up Tesco's staff?! :rotfl::p
