    They don't check CCTV

There have been a couple of extremely isolated incidents, but I think they have just been where an individual has been spotted (maybe coming in a lot in a smallish store) and the manager has taken it upon themselves to investigate further.

It doesn't appear to be a company wide policy.

How rude, Get a grip, If your new to a website you tend to ask questions, i spent about 3 hours running through posts and reading up on this before i asked one question. So if folk are online and get confused because 1 post says 1 thing and another different, You ask... And if you have a problem with that dont repond

I think the point being made was had you spent three hours reading post's one and two, which people have written specifically to help people like yourself, you wouldn't need to ask those questions as you would know the answers ;)

Personally I think it's a bit rude of you to critise people for pointing you in the direction of the answers to your questions

so are they employing someone to sit and check out cctv? or will a member of staff be nominated every day? is that a bit extreme?

I don't know, that is just what I was told. Apparently some people have been recognised by Tesco staff making regular shops.

I would be genuinely surprised if they were doing this in ever store. I am still finding that most S/As haven't even seen vouchers. Obviously other places are different and if a store is seeing a large volume then they may be more inclined to take action.

Frankly, we know all too well that most Tesco stores don't seem to pay a lot of attention to what head office say!

They do when it comes to honouring the vouchers though. Is it worth the risk. Maybe one shop per day? I don't know
