You can go back to the website and put the details in again!

Sometimes you dont get an email!

I put mine in on friday1st April, got an email back saying over the limit and re-input it on the monday. still heard nothing.

go to tescos site where you input reciept details in put again and check if its ready it will show up this is the quickest way,otherwise it should get sent to your email address but this takes longer and doesnt always work
