I think you are confused. The rack of lamb in Asda has been that price for the last week and it dropped in price from around £12.50kg

So it has gone down in price, not up.

Tesco rack of lamb is £25kg

I have submitted 3 receipts everyday up to now and have had every one back.

I use a different e-mail everytime, today went in the same store twice 15 mins apart.

Changed from jeans,shirt and shoes to shorts,t-shirt and trainers lol.
