I bought some of the wolf blass chardonnay today to test so fingers crossed (hopefully someone else got the cabernet)

I want to get onto the 'wine list' next week (teachers gifts, thank yous etc) so will look out for confirmations and try others too

How does the TESCO FINEST HAND TRIMMED RACK OF LAMB work? Does it matter how many g/kg you get?

sorry don't know how to make big!! Lenor 85 wash reduced to £5 in my T's today. Think pot noodles may be a deal 50p in A and £1 in T, did post earlier but think it got lost - on my delivery order for monday so will update - obviously I will be getting up early to check everything while I can still cancel it lol!!

    Done, thanks. :j

And we all love you :heart2:

I will be from now. Used Clubcard at one branch but started (as I mean to go on) at another by using cash.

I've just spent a couple of hours trawling both T and A's sites to get some more nice deals on the spreadsheet. These are unconfirmed but I'll be getting a few on my next shop. Especially the olive oil :)

Sorry for the big letters. I didn't want it to be missed amongst the nice banter :) I'll post it in the price only thread too. I'm going cross-eyed I've spent so long on the sites. I don't think any of these have been mentioned.

    Here goes.

    Doritos dips x2 £3.50 £2 £3 2for 50p

    Ainsley Harrison cup soups x2 £2.16 £1.50 £1.32 2for 84p

    John West Tuna Fillets x2 (lime + pepper or thai chilli) £4.30 £3 £1.30 2for £1.70

    Singha Lager 620ml x3 £6.27 £5.00 £2.52 3for £3.75

    Eristoff Black Vodka £13.79 £10.00 £7.58 £6.21

    Shippams Beef, Chicken or Crab Spread (NOT salmon) 75g x2 £1.48 £1 £0.96 2for 52p

    Shippams Coronation Chicken Spread 75g 74p 67p 14p 53p

    Filippo Berio Mild and Light Olive Oil 1l £5.76 £3 £5.52 24p (for a litre :j:j:j )

    Pataks Original Lime Pickle 283g £1.48 £1.20 £0.56 92p

    Napolina Chopped OR Plum Tomatoes 4x400g pack £1.94 £1.50 88p £1.06

Pataks 500g Sauces (Butter Chicken, Balti, Korma, Jalfrezi, Dopiaza,

    Rogan Josh, Tikka Masala – NOT Passanda) £1.48 £1.00 £0.96 52p

Chicken Tonight 500g and 525g Sauces (Spanish chicken, creamy peppercorn, creamy mushroom, chicken chasseur, country French, honey and mustard {this is 525g}). £1.55 £1.00 £1.10 45p

I hope some of you find this useful :D

Another I noticed is that Pampers Easy-Up Nappies are £12.99 per box at Tesco but 2 for £18 at ASDA. With DTD this will work out at £5.01 a box when buying 2. Has anyone tried this?

    That is fab. Thanks!

My local has Oral-B toothbrushes with Winnie the Pooh as the handle. Has anyone had one confirmed?

I was just leaving my local t with 5th shop today and only could see a guy collecting donations for a dogs rescue thing so I have put couple of quids in... would donate some of the goodies I got if there was someone else as well... maybe we need to tell them to go to tescos to collect some? :)

This wasn't a person collecting. There were posters up and a couple of cages set aside behind the checkouts for this purpose where others before me had placed their stuff. A bit like the animal charities do round our way every Christmas time (for pet food), and there was a list of things you could donate. Today's list was all preplanned and only 1 shower gel on the list so that's what went in.

    It's only a game

Fill your boots - also get the leg of lamb but no more than £20 a time! :j
