Stupid question I know, but just going to use vanish for the first time, does it go in the powder section of the drawer of the washing machine?

I put mine in powder section, think that's right :)

After checking my shopping list on the ASDA site I was able to see Tesco had charged more on all but one of my items and this worked out to £5 when you apply the DTD. Not ground breaking and my shopping was £20 all together so not going to break their banks either but I placed a claim.

They first wrote back to say they could only find 3 of the 11 items. So I wrote to them to say that actually all but one of the items were on the site, the other was in the store and there were price differences on everything.

Then I got a customer service person write back and admit defeat, apologise but nothing else.

So i replied asking why I had no voucher if they were really sorry surely they'd keep their word. This is the reply I got back:

    Thank you for your email.

    > I can appreciate your frustration with the Tesco Price Check as an item was not compared on this occasion. I would like to assure you that we are making every attempt to match every possible Grocery product but as I'm sure you can also appreciate, there are rare occasions where some products are not matched.

    > The Tesco Price Check is made against comparable grocery shopping only, as defined above. It does not include any non-grocery categories whether available in store or online or any in store concessions.

It must be frustrating dealing with them via email. I've never bothered but looking at the responses people get on here, every reply is totally generic and they offer no flexibility to their policies regardless of whether they're at fault or not.

I know, I have asked them ages ago why my nescafe costa rica and snickers weren't compared(it was before the t&c's changed) and I had the same reply(how nice that they replied after the t&c changed)... I don't care to be honest... it's just a game and I think with all our hard work on the thread we are quite good off... And if it bothers you just go and buy kids tootbrush which you'll get paid 6gbp for and got your money back :D

I want my vouchers! Bf just kicked off a fuss because I refuse to go out without them and it's a nice day... he went out on his own :( no wolf blass for him tonight me thinks :D

They seem to come in 2 batches - 1 around 11am and the other around 3pm.
