I was just turned away with my voucher. They say the numbers on the voucher don't exactly match the receipt. They are right. on my voucher field 3 (from the price check website) reads: 03234, on the receipt it reads: 3234. Also field 5 - voucher: 078 receipt: 1078.

I have 3 vouchers so far and they each one has these differences. I just printed off what was sent to me. Any ideas?

Please see the FAQs in post 2. This is a known issue. COntact customer services and tell them to kick your store up the ****!

You will have to trawl back through todays posts but someone has posted a copy of a reply from Tesco CS HQ with an acknowledgement of this problem and that the vouchers will always have the extra digits that are sent out.
