When they scan your voucher at the till they only get the generic bar code, and then place it in the till. Your old voucher is not linked to your new transaction.

They may enter the voucher details later on, but they can't reliably link it to the new transaction.

Im trying not to but its hard! Ive been telling Dad and In Laws and everything so put his in Monday new email address etc nothing - says still processing - which it clearly isnt - and the ones from yesterday put mine on my email - just 1 through today - but created new email address for In Laws and again theirs hasnt come through! Ive emailed CEO office re: my Nans last Thursday - My Dad's emailed re: his done MOnday and if yesterdays arent through by tomorrow Ill email about those too -
I said to CEO office if I didnt hear Id tell everyone who'd listen inc any media (which may be tough as I dont know anyone) but also sent them an email Id had from Asda which said, Emma, when we give a price guarantee we mean it - so they know Tesco isnt playing the game fair and I am sure they'd be interested to hear from those who feel like they're bending the rules!

Thanks for that thats good to know - so how come their flagging up only certain ones and they are emails that are brand new ?! I just dont get it!

AAAH possibly. I have been buying something with cash, using the voucher on normal shopping. Then repeating. So im leaving no trail (hopefully). And as I am only going twice (sometimes 3) times a week, its just the normal money i would spend on shopping anyway.

The green soft mint one has come back N/F for me too today. Surprising considering it's on Asda's site for a pound, and i got dtd last week when it was 1.50 in tesco, and the week before when it was 2.75. Very annoying and makes no sense!
