Ive emailed both

philip.clarke@uk.tesco.com
and
customer.service@tesco.com - hah!

I am at a loss -

Im leaving the two for Nan in their hands for now as they were the over the limit ones when i didnt know you should use seperate email addys for each household-

i am still missing 5 from monday from Dad's new email address and
5 from yesterday also done on a new email as its for in -laws and BIL - all in same household -

I had one back to my email address for yesterday but not the ones above -

Im ready for chucking it all in at moment - I dont know whether to bother ringing or not - Im afraid I might get no decent response and Ill end up more frustrated.....

I am a bit confused - and certainly don't want to fall into the same trap as you seem to be as I am sometimes doing two shops at a time. One for me, and one for my OH (who, doesn't live with me - and doesn't get the fuss but is MORE than happy with v. cheap wine and LYNX!)

Are we not supposed to only enter one voucher a day per email address? Is the source of your problems down to you putting multiple receipts in on the same day and on the same email address? Or are you doing it one a day per email and you have just been incredibly unlucky!

I am about to blow a couple of CC vouchers on Dove (for me) and Lynx (for OH) so would love to know exactly the issue you are having before I do!

Well I still can't paste my whole DTD for some reason....but a couple of interesting ones

The Salmon isn't paying as expected

1 x PRINCES RED SALMON 213G £ 3.98 £1.50

So I still paid £1 for the tin

Also the toothbrush isn't either

1 x COLGATE TOTAL PROFESSIONAL TOOTHBRUSH MED - £2.76 £1.00

So I think I paid 76p for it!

The £3.98 is what you paid and the £1.50 is what it is at asda. So £3.98 -£1.50 = £2.48 then DTD so you get paid £4.96.

No I dont think it is as this has been done before and no issues in fact - I did my own last Fri on the first - put in Saturday and vouchers in Sunday -!

Im going to ring now about Mondays I think - Its just getting ridiculous - and if/when these do come through Ill give to the family to just buy what they wants with on deals etc and keep to my own - Im sick of the stress not knowing if they're gonna come after trying to do a good turn or 5!
