Crikey I've had a tough time! I had an online shop delivered on 23rd, they processed a refund for me for the Pricecheck voucher I handed to the driver. I had an email confirmation of the refund.

At the start of this week, I still hadn't received my refund. Head Office had apparently cancelled it :mad:. They had told the store that they would contact me. I hadn't heard anything.

Anyway after two days of angry phone calls, I have been refunded.

I wonder if head office cancelled it as it was over £20, it coincided with that day when they kept changing the T&Cs.

Make sure you check your account for refunds.

might be a good read for some of you surprised DM didnt quote someone from MSE like they usually do

Im keeping everything crossed because I ended up getting 3 seperate transactions/shops for me and two other family members - I hope it turns out alright !!!!

Useless arent they...mind you, I cant complain, they refunded me £23 for a £20 voucher that I used online...
