Hello, I have a couple of questions that I cant find the answers to... can I scan my own DTD voucher at the Self Service till? Or do I have to go to a counter?

Also I am still not clear on the whole Tesco Metro/Express issue... are they not accepting the vouchers?

Thank you for your help :-)

Hi can anyone help? I am about to head off to the Tesco Express near my work :D

I think the descriptions do have to match exactly. Someone mentioned before about the Nutrigrain not working because one store hyphenated it and the other didn't.

They did this to me over some wine, so I rang up and customer services checked it over the phone, apologised and sent me a gift card for DTD. HTH

The self scan will not accept the vouchers, they can only input 3 digits, not the four needed so manned tills are best.

And as far as i konw the metro are included but the express are not.

Someone said that they scanned one in and as it was below a tenner it was ok, but all the vouchers at tescos near me need someone to authorise them.

    POSSIBLE DEAL

Isla of Jura 70cl 10 year old malt whiskey

    Mr Tesco: £28.29
    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=256687693

    Mr Asda: £18.00
    http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=isla+of+jura&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=127147

Don't buy anything else in that shop though as it'll take you over the £20 limit on it's own.
