I have been buying my usual shopping AS WELL AS the DTD stuff - you have to remember that you are only building up the items with a price discrepency to £20.00 for the DTD as Tesco look at every item on your receipt and disregard any where there is no match. If I need the shopping - I get the shopping and use a DTD voucher to pay with - hopefully I will have done my shop right and have enough DTD items in my basket to replace the voucher I have just spent - that is the trick.

I have made a list of items that I'm hoping to get in Mr T's today, I've ready back breifly and just wanted to clarify one point, I need a few other things from there so am I best putting these through on a seperate transaction? Thanks

when i say 'big', i don't mean a load of changes. i reckon they'll add a single extra point:

a receipt cannot be entered on the price check website if a DTD voucher has been used on your transaction.

something along those lines, i.e. recycling vouchers (MSE definition) can no longer be done.

we'll just wait and see.....

or maybe a minimum spend?

what happens when somthing is cheaper than asda?

Hi there - yep - best to seperate your items you know will get DTD from your normal shop unless you know that ASDA are at worst the same price as Tesco for those normal items. Otherwise, if they are more expensive at ASDA, this will reduce your DTD.

If you search Vo5 there are more items listed than V05 - you need the letter O not the number 0. HTH

The 500ml are £3.50 at T and £2.00 at A so 50p net cost.
