Resubmit the receipt details. It'll go straight to the voucher page if it has been processed. If it hasn't, just send Customer Services a polite email asking them when the results will be returned as it's been much longer than the 36 hours that their Terms and Conditions stipulate.

My local T had reduced the red salmon to £2 today, but pancake mix was still scanning at £1.49?? Went to a tesco metro and the salmon was still £3.98 there :j
