Cleaning an induction hob?

Hi,

I have just burnt a pan on my induction hob. (Was in shower and forgot about the pasta!)

What is the best way of cleaning it without damamging the glass?

    I would try a paste of washing powder and bicarb or you could try bicarb first if you want to be gentle with it..

    Hi

    I clean my induction hob with vinegar and water or hobrite. Not sure about using a paste of washing powder and bicarb. Might be hard to rinse them off.

    I managed it with washing up liquid, a smooth sponge and about 2 hours of elbow grease!! Was worried about scratching the glass. Kitchen only 15 months old and had to wait 11 years to get it, so dont want to to damage it just yet.
